    Breakfast with Santa at Rye Town Beach!

    Even Santa needs to get a tan! Join Santa Saturday’s and Sunday’s in December at The Barley Beach House. The festivities run weekends in December prior to Christmas. $20 per person includes buffet brunch and photo with Santa. Purchase tickets in advance to secure seating!     Rye Town Park Christmas Tree Lighting

    Come out and support Friends of Rye Town Park on Saturday, December 7 at 5pm for the annual Rye Town Park Christmas Tree Lighting. Last year over 250 attendees gathered to enjoy the tree lighting with a special appearance from Santa Claus, too. Cookies provided by Barley Beach House! Following the tree lighting head on over to the After Party at Barley Beach House for some Holiday Cheer.

    Rye Holiday Sing-A-Long & Bonfire

    On December 8, from 4:00pm to 6:00pm stop by Rye Recreation for the Holiday Sing-A-Long & Bonfire. And while you’re there, give back for a good cause.

    Rye Recreation and the Rye Police Association are working together to support the United States Marine Corps Reserve’s Toys for Tots program. They are collecting new unwrapped books and toys for underprivileged children in the Westchester County area. Spread the Holiday Spirit and give a gift to a child in need. Please bring an unwrapped book or toy to the Bonfire.

    Rye Artisan Market

    On December 13th, Rye Square House will open its doors to support local artists who will be showcasing their handmade products.

    Need a gorgeous piece of jewelry, some fabulous wood signs, new stationery, fresh home-backed cookies, intriguing home decor, or photography prints?  Stop by the Rye Artisan Market and check out the beautiful & unique products on display!

    Playland Ice Casino Holiday Camps

    If you have some last-minute shopping to get done but school is out of session, bring the kids over to Playland Ice Casino. They offer holiday camps and clinics on December 23, December 24 and December 26 from 9:00 am to 3:45 pm. If you only need an hour or two, private lessons are also available with Jolie Urso, former figure skater and now skating director at Rye Playland Ice Casino.   Contact 914-582-8542 for more information.
