Bedford
The light-filled Yoga Loft overlooks the lush, 15-acre property of the Bedford Post and offers daily classes, workshops, private yoga parties, immersions, and more. Karen McInerney, who is trained in the disciplines of Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Anusara, offers Renovation Yoga, a combination of these styles that creates a dynamic and inspiring alignment-based flow class for all levels. Head to Harvest Moon Farm & Orchard in North Salem for a one-hour, outdoor Vinyasa Yoga class every Saturday from 9 to 10 am.
