Westmoreland Farm, also in Bedford, is one of the area's most illustrious equestrian farms and was once the country home of philanthropist and art collector Helen Clay Frick, the daughter of Henry Clay Frick, the founder of New York's Frick Museum. On 25 acres, the estate is centered by a grand antique Colonial complemented by several guest houses, a pool, tennis court, large barn and paddocks. Last offered at $8,500,000.

Built in 2009, Silver Oaks in Purchase represented one of the highest sales in southern Westchester and was last offered at $7,450,000.
