Houlihan Lawrence is pleased to present the latest in touchscreen technology and one of the final frontiers in digital advertising. Through our partnership with imageSurge, we have successfully installed the Interactive Real Estate Storefront into four offices; Armonk, Larchmont, Scarsdale and White Plains. Traditionally, real estate offices have hung brochures of listings in the windows, with the most progressive offices putting scrolling displays on a computer screen. We have taken our storefronts to the next level by installing the interactive touchscreen directly into the window.
Capitalizing on four downtown areas that experience high volumes of foot traffic, the Interactive Real Estate Storefront provides extensive access to all of our Houlihan Lawrence listings in Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess and beyond. Once a consumer touches the window, they can view listing details with HD photos, get agent contact info and/or scan a QR code to download the listing and agent info directly to their phone. Passersby now have around-the-clock access to our inventory of homes, whether they're en route to the train in the morning or on their way home from a late dinner with friends.
This technology comes to us from imageSurge, a Massachusetts-based company that recently won the 2013 Innovator Award at the Real Estate Connect conference hosted by Inman News.
