Map-ScreenshotIf you visit HoulihanLawrence.com today, you’ll notice a horse of a different color—literally.  We’ve launched a brand new website and blog, the first component of the comprehensive rebranding we could not be more excited to share with you.

The new website and blog are fully responsive, allowing for seamless browsing between desktop, tablet and smart phones. The website is an innovative resource that utilizes the latest geo-location intelligence along with unprecedented search and mapping capabilities.

Thoughtfully designed in form and function, the website features essential market data, community and school information, high definition images, videos, and so much more.  Special pages for each of the 91 communities we serve showcase original digital content capturing the unique lifestyles possible in the neighborhood and home—a role continued by our redesigned blog and cross-channel social media footprint.

CommunityScreenshotBut we’re just getting started.  We’ve completely redesigned our visual identity, and will begin applying the new look to all branded assets over the coming weeks—from Facebook to lawn signs.  Our redesigned logo, typography and refreshed color palette are the culmination of a vision by our Chairman, Nancy Seaman, and a year of research led by Co-Op, a New York based creative agency.

What makes this all so truly special is we aren’t reinventing ourselves: we’re simply articulating what we’ve always been, providing our clients the most cutting-edge tools available, and are so truly grateful to the loyalty, dedication and support of our agents—and to our customers. We look forward to embarking on the new future of real estate with you.
