Rita C. Tobin was inspired to jump into the real estate world after working with her husband, a general contractor and designer, on two upstate development projects. The Brooklyn native joins our office in Chappaqua, where she currently resides with her husband and one child, after a career in law. She holds a JD, Ph.D and MA from Columbia University, and a BA from Brooklyn College.
