Even if schools are still in session, Memorial Day marks the unofficial start of the summer season. Not only does it match the style of this pre-war Norman Tudor, and we're no experts on thermodynamics, but it seems large enough to keep everyone on the spacious back terrace toasty. Adding to the BTUs is a built-in grilling station. It all makes for a true entertainer's backyard that can last you all summer long and well into fall, too.
