Nicole Patten, the latest to join the sales team at Houlihan Lawrence's Somers office, was drawn to real estate by a simple love: the art of the deal. A native of Brooklyn, the former MGM Studios Director of Sales (and CNN Sales Planner prior to that) resides in Katonah with her husband, one child and her overly affectionate St. Bernard, Maggie, who enjoys belly-flopping into the pool and doing laps alongside Nicole.
