We're pleased to start off the first quarter with a series of leadership changes at a handful of branch offices.

Katherine Jennings has been named manager of our Millbrook office. Katherine has more than three decades of real estate experience in the Hudson Valley, specializing in (among other things) equestrian estates, agricultural properties and land conservancy. Katherine will oversee a team of 35 agents who cover Dutchess, Columbia, Ulster and Greene counties in New York and Litchfield County, CT.

Our Somers and Brewster offices will now be led by Aaron Velez, who had previously managed our Yonkers brokerage. Aaron started at Houlihan Lawrence as an agent at our White Plains office in 2008 and quickly became a rising star, leading a successful team there. As a Mahopac resident, he's well-acquainted to both markets, and with young twins at home we're happy to shorten his commute!

Stepping in to replace Aaron in Yonkers is Theresa "Terri" Crozier. Terri is a well-known figure in the New York real estate world, holding countless leadership roles including 2015 President of the New York State Women's Council of Realtors. A Westchester native, she's also the identical twin sister of our company training guru, Annette "Toni" Chrystal.

Our Bedford manager, Brendon DeSimone, will additionally now helm our Katonah brokerage. Brendon joined us as a veteran agent accomplished in two of America's toughest markets, Manhattan and San Francisco. He's a nationally-recognized real estate leader (and blogging celebrity) regularly consulted by top-tier news outlets like CNBC and Bloomberg.
