    Beginning today, Houlihan Lawrence signs will start appearing in the communities of Darien and Rowayton for the first time in history.

    We couldn’t be more excited to announce that Kelly Associates Real Estate, the number one listing and selling brokerage in Darien for 24 consecutive years, has joined Houlihan Lawrence as our first independently-owned broker affiliate. The independent real estate firm brings its network of nearly 80 agents and their local market expertise, and by joining us can now provide its team and clients complete access to the marketing resources Houlihan Lawrence has to offer. “The affiliate program is a perfect opportunity for my company and many other local firms to tap into the power of the Houlihan Lawrence brand,” said Jeff Kelly, President of Kelly Associates. “Their marketing platform is second to none, including sophisticated print media strategies designed specifically for this market area."

    Kelly has been appointed to run Houlihan Lawrence Affiliates, LLC, and will oversee the growth and development of the new Houlihan Lawrence affiliate program.

    The move represents our most significant expansion into Connecticut since opening our Greenwich office in 2013, which grew rapidly to become the number two selling office in town. Kelly will now operate as Houlihan Lawrence, assuming the logo and branding, and all Kelly Associates listings will appear on the Houlihan Lawrence website. In a first for Houlihan Lawrence, the Darien and Rowayton offices will remain independently owned and operated.
