    Some stats from the this past quarter include:

         Single-family homes up 29 percent in Westchester compared with Q3 2012.

         Westchester's median sale price up 4 percent from the same period last year

         A 13 and 5 percent increase in pending sales in Westchester and Putnam, respectively
