We're pleased to announce our further expansion into Connecticut with the acquisition of Shore & Country Properties of Greenwich, a 20-agent residential brokerage which in 2014 sold about $165 million in inventory.
Shore & Country shines its focus on all of Greenwich with an emphasis on the Riverside, Old Greenwich and Cos Cob markets. The firm has been recognized for selling listings quicker and at a higher list price to sales price per agent than any other Greenwich brokerage.
