These programs encourage art and creativity as "a vehicle for healing, communication, self-expression and personal development".
As these children work to create, and share their artistic accomplishments with the world, ArtWorks hopes to empower, validate and honor each, and give them the forum to share their stories of strength, courage, hope, loss and survival.
