With the Grammys wrapping up last night and the Oscars just a couple of weeks away, the country is abuzz with the seemingly endless award season that pays homage to the “best of the best” in music, television and film. To jump on this train of recognition, we must acknowledge the prestigious nominations received by Houlihan Lawrence from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.

Our company was nominated in four different categories, with an individual nod going to Gay Rosen of our Larchmont Brokerage as a 2011 Propopoly Top Blogger Award nominee. Her blog, Guide Me Home 2 Westchester, gives readers careful insight into various towns and villages throughout Westchester County with Gay's own personal twist. We’ve also been recognized on a companywide level for our stellar blogging efforts, with a 2011 Top Propopoly Website Award nomination—these sites give buyers an inside look into the communities they’re considering as a potential home.

Houlihan Lawrence has also dubbed as a 2011 Performance Award nominee for a Top 5 – Most Outgoing Closings Award. To top this off, our company has received a nomination for the Million Dollar Award for Most Outgoing Closings with a sales price of $1 Million and Higher. Another congratulations is in order for all of our agents across Westchester, Dutchess and Putnam counties, as we were selected for a 2011 Performance Award nomination for Peek Producers, a Pinnacle Award.
